痰热清联合西医治疗老年重症肺炎对血清白细胞介素6和白细胞介素10的影响

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清联合西医治疗老年重症肺炎对血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年10月至2012年12月老年重症肺炎患者67例的临床资料,其中对照组32例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组35例在此基础上给予痰热清治疗,采用ELISA方法检测两组患者血清第1,4,7天IL-6和IL-10水平,并比较两组疗效。结果两组血清IL-6水平均降低,且第7天治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-10水平均升高,且第7天治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清联合西医治疗老年重症肺炎可明显减轻患者炎性反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tanreqing Injection combined with Western medicine on serum interleukin- 6（IL-6） and interleukin- 10（IL- 10） in treating elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 67 elderly patients with severe pneumonia from October 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 32 cases in the control group were treated by routine western medicine, while therapy 35 cases in the treatment group were given Tanreqing Injection on the basis of rou- tine western medicine therapy. Then the serum IL-6 and IL-10 on the first, 4th, 7th day were detected in the two groups by ELISA. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The serum IL- 6 level in the two groups was descented after treatment, moreover, which on the 7thday in the treat group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the serum IL-10 level in the two groups were increased, but which on 7th day in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of western medicine treatment and Tanreqing Injection for treating elderly patients with severe pneumonia can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction, it is worthy of clinical promation.
