摘  要:目的建立测定理气复胃口服液中大黄素含量的高效液相色谱法,采用正交设计法优选理气复胃口服液的提取工艺。方法以大黄素含量、浸出率为指标,采用正交试验,考察用水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等因素的影响,优化提取条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件为,用水量20倍,煎煮3次,第1次用水10倍,煎煮1 h,第2次用水5倍,煎煮0.5 h,第3次用水5倍,煎煮0.5 h,共2 h。结论优化方案的大黄素提取效率和浸出率明显高于正交设计中其余试验,适用于生产。Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of the emodin content in Liqi Fuwei Oral liquid and to optimize its extraction process. Methods Index to the emodin content and the leaching rate, the influence of the water use amount,decocting time and decocting times were investigated by the orthogonal design method. Results The best extraction technological conditions were as fi)llows:20 times the amount of water,decocting for 3 times,using 10 times the amount of water at the first time and decocting for 1 hour,using 5 times the amount of water at the second time decocting for 0. 5 hours,using 5 times the amount of water at the third time decocting for 0. 5 hours, with total 2 hours. Conclusion The emodin extraction rate and the leaching rate in the optimization scheme are significantly higher than those in the other experiments of the orthogonal design and applicable to the production.
