摘　　要：社会建设是一项庞大的系统工程,它不仅需要高度重视社会事业的硬件建设,更应该重视人的全面发展。本文以社会学相关理论和马克思主义人学思想为理论支撑,分析了人与社会之间的内在关系,剖析了当下中国社会行为主体人"失范"现象和产生根源,提出了我国社会建设中人之建设的一些基本观点和具体措施,为理论界深入开展这一领域的研究拓展了新的视角,为实际工作部门把人的全面发展放在社会建设的突出位置提供了新的思路和方法。Social construction is a huge systematic project,which not only requires us to attach great importance to the hardware construction of social causes,but also more attentions should be paid to the allround development of people.The paper,based on some relative theories of sociology and Marx humanism as its theory support,after analyzing the relationship between human and society,and the present Chinas ' anomie ' phenomenon that social actors behave and the production causes,puts forward some basic ideas and specific measures in the social construction,which has not only provided a new perspective for theoretic fields to deepen the research of this area,but also provided a new thought and methods for the actual departments,placing the peoples full-scale development in a prominent position in the course of social construction.
