基于信息生态环境的期货市场监管质量研究

摘　　要：按照期货市场信息负载的数量和结构划分,期货市场的信息生态环境可以划分为开放、收敛和真空三类。由于期货市场监管体系存在着监管空白、监管重复、监管过度等现象,在开放、收敛和真空的信息生态环境下监管质量表现各异。研究表明,期货市场监管质量只有在收敛的信息生态环境下才表现为最高。因此,期货监管部门、行业自律组织和交易者均应营造收敛的信息生态环境,促进期货市场监管质量不断提升。According to the information load quantity and structure,the future market information ecological environment can be divided into the three types of open,convergence and vacuum markets.As the future market regulatory system,the existence of regulatory supervision blank,repeated,excessive supervision,supervision of super light phenomena,in the open,convergence and vacuum of the information ecological environment supervision quality are different.The research shows that the future market regulatory quality will perform well enough only in the convergence of information ecological environment.Therefore,the future regulatory authorities,industry self-discipline organization and traders should create a convergence of information ecological environment and promote the continuous upgrading of the supervision quality of the future market.
