日本高等教育学生国际化新特点探析

摘　　要：2010年,日本政府"新增长战略"提出:接收30万名高素质的外国留学生,派遣30万名日本学生到海外交流,形成"双30万"的战略目标。从接收与派遣两方面的政策举措,探析日本高等教育学生国际化出现的新特点。In 2010,the New Growth Strategy puts forward that sending 300 000 Japanese students and workers abroad as well as accepting 300 000 talented students from overseas into Japan for studying and training.This paper will analysis some new characteristics of the students＇ internationalization of Japanese higher education from two aspects of receiving and sending of the policy measures.
