摘　　要：针对油田采油采气可能伴随有硫化氢等有毒气体和井场存的高危环境,人为实时的对井口压力进行数据采集非常危险;本文设计了基于三菱FX2N系列PLC的自动调焦系统,通过三菱FX2N系列PLC与上位机VB6.0的串行通信控制直流电机运动,进而带动摄像头运动,完成对压力表的自动调焦;从而实现对井场压力表的实时监控。现场应用表明该控制系统具有稳定性好、精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,并能够很好的完成调焦功能。In the oil field,consider about the insecure factors and poisonous Hydrogen Sulphide gas which accomany with the process of oil extraction or gas production,personal real-time data acquisition to the pressure of a pithead become much more dangerous.The paper designed besed on FX2N series PLC automatic focuing syetem;By FX2N series PLC and PC VB6.0 serial communication to control the movement of the DC motor,DC motor and screw with the completion of accurate focusng;the system after time focusing through the learning function to complete the next auto-focus,to obtain the focusing system on the real-time monitoring of the pressure gauge of the well site.The field application shows that the control system has the advantages of good stability,high precision,strong antiinterferece ability and be able to complete the fousing function.
