摘 要:采用纸浆废液制备的木质磺酸盐接枝共聚聚羧酸减水剂制备木聚羧酸盐减水剂,通过探讨反应温度、保温时间、木质素减水剂和聚羧酸减水剂质量比对所合成木聚羧酸盐减水剂性能的影响规律,确定了最佳合成工艺参数。红外光谱表征表明,木质素磺酸盐和聚羧酸中间体发生了酯化反应,形成了木聚羧酸减水剂。试验表明,制备的木聚羧酸减水剂在掺量为0.5%(质量分数)时具有良好的分散性和保塑性,减水率达到31.3%,是一种性能优良的高效减水剂。A new superplasticizer of polycarboxymethyl-lignin sulphonate is prepared by polycarboxylate superplas-ticizer and lignosulphonate-based water reducing agent, which is mostly extracted from the waste paper pulp. In this arti-cle, graft-copolymerization temperature, copolymerization time, lignosulphonate and polycarboxylate intermediates mass ratio on the synthesis of poly wood-carboxylate superplasticizer properties are discussed. Infrared spectrogram shows that 1343.95cm-1 position is the ester C=O-C stretching vibration, a new material of poly wood-carboxylate superplasticizer is formed. The tests exhibit the poly wood-carboxylate superplasticizer has good plasticizing and fluidity retaining ability with the dosage of 0.5% (by mass), and the water reduction rate is 31.3%. These results indicate that poly wood-carboxy-late superplasticizer has low volume, low costs, high liquidity and high slump retaining characteristics.
