摘 要:针对石碴在压制成型水泥基材料中的应用进行研究,探索了不同掺量的石碴(等量取代河砂)对水泥基材料抗折强度、吸水率和抗冻融等性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随石碴掺量的增加,水泥基材料抗折强度先增大后减小,吸水率则呈减小趋势,抗冻融性能变差;当石碴掺量为0-40%时,水泥基材料满足GB/T50082-2009中D25抗冻等级指标要求。并对其机理进行了分析。According to the search of crushed sand application in cement-based materials, the flexural strength, water absorption and durability of cement-based materials with crushed sand (CBM-CS) produced by pressed forming are studied in this paper. The sand is replaced with crushed sand in this test. The flexural strength of CBM-CS firstly increase and then declines, and the water absorption decreases all the time with the sand weight replaced by crushed sand increased from 0% to 100%, and the freezing-thaw cycle resistance deteriorates, but meets norm specification, and the freezing-thaw cycle resistance of cement-base materials (dosage of crushed sand from 0% to 40%) meet D25 frost resisting class indica-tion in GB/T 50082--2009 ((Standard for test methods of long-term performance and durability of ordinary concrete〉). And its mechanism is analyzed.
