摘 要:对碱渣掺合料混凝土在不同条件下的耐磨性能进行了试验研究,结果表明,随着碱渣掺量的增加,碱渣混凝土的耐磨性呈现先增强后减弱的规律,当碱渣占胶凝材料10%时,混凝土耐磨性能最优。结合SEM图像分析,碱渣占胶凝材料10%时,混凝土的微观结构变得更为密实;继续增加碱渣的掺量,碱渣的耐磨性呈现大幅减弱。试验还对不同养护龄期的碱渣掺合料混凝土进行了研究,发现混凝土的耐磨性随养护龄期增长呈现增强趋势。The abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue concrete under different conditions are tested and studied. The results show that the abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue concrete increase firstly and then decrease with the increasing of alkaline content. The abrasion resistance of the concrete is the best when the content of alkaline residue is 10% of cementation content. Combined with SEM, it's found that the mierostructure of the concrete is more dense when the cement replacement ratio of alkaline residue is 10%, and then, the abrasion resistance of the concrete sharply de-crease with the increasing the content of alkaline residue. In addition, the abrasion resistance of the alkaline residue con-crete under the different curing periods is tested, and the test results indicate that the abrasion resistance of the concrete increases with the increasing of curing ages.
