摘 要:通过数据统计,分析了钢厂180 t RH精炼结束到45 t中间包浇铸过程中钢包衬、中间包涂料和覆盖剂等对MA超低碳钢水(≤0.005%C)增碳的影响。结果表明,连续浇铸第1炉增碳较大,增碳量5×10^(-6)~10×10^(-6),其余炉次增碳量≤3×10^(-6)。通过第1炉缓缓加入覆盖剂控制中间包液面波动,加Al_2O_3减少钢包渣线侵蚀,减少钢包砖衬、中间包涂料和覆盖剂游离碳含量,可使RH精炼终点-中间包浇铸过程中钢水增碳量≤3×10^(-6)。Effect of ladle lining, tundish coating and covering agent on carbon pickup of liquid of ultra-low carbon steel MA ( 〈0. 005% C) during 180 t RH refining end to 45 t tundish casting process has been studied by statistic data. Results show that for first heat of continuous-continuous casting heats, the carbon pickup of liquid is higher i.e. 5 x 10-6 10 x 10 -6, for rest heats that is 〈3 x 10-6. With slow adding coveting agent for first heat to control fluctuation of liquid level, adding A12 03 in lining to decrease etching of slag line of ladle, and reducing free carbon content in ladle lining, tundish coating and coveting agent, the recarburization in liquid during RH refining end to rundish casting process shall be ≤3x10-6.
