摘  要:以引种于武威的10个彩叶树种为研究对象,通过干旱胁迫处理,对与其抗旱性相关的渗透调节以及酶活性等6项指标进行测定,采用隶属函数法和灰色关联度法对不同彩叶树种的抗旱性进行了系统地评价。结果表明:抗旱性强弱顺序为黄栌>红叶碧桃>金叶锦带>金叶风箱果>红栌>紫叶矮樱>红瑞木>紫叶风箱果>紫叶锦带>紫叶李。6项指标在彩叶树种抗旱性中相互制约,相互依赖,综合调节着彩叶树种的抗旱机制。其关联顺序为:脯氨酸(Pro)>过氧化氢酶(CAT)>超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)>丙二醛(MDA)>过氧化物酶(POD)>叶绿素(a+b)。其中Pro和CAT两者关联度均在0.9以上。A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on 10 introduced colorful tree species in Wuwei, Gan- su. Indices related to drought resistance of the seedlings were measured, and analyzed by membership function and the gray relevancy methods. The drought resistance of ten tree species was in the order of Cotinus coggygria Prunus persica Batsch. var. duplex Rehd Weigela ' Red Prince Physo carpus opuli folius var. luteus Cotinus coggygria atropurpureus Prunus cistena wida baopiz Ph ysocarpus opuli f olius Summer Wine Weigela Florida ' Foliia purpureis Prunus cerasi f era f. atropurpurea. Mutual restrictions and dependences were observed among 6 indices, which controlled the mechanism of drought resistance. The correlation order was prolineeatalase superoxide dismutase malondiadehydeperoxide enzymechlorophyll(a+ b). The levels of gray correlation of Pro and CAT were all over 0.9.
