2012年襄阳铁路地区职业危害作业工人体检分析

摘　　要：目的了解襄阳铁路地区职业病危害作业工人的健康状况及职业病危害因素对工人的健康影响特点,为制订健康监护策略提供医学依据。方法对襄阳铁路地区职业病危害作业工人的的职业体检资料进行分析。结果 3 797名受检作业工人中有1 363人检查指标有异常,异常检出率为35.90%。不同接触工龄组职业病危害作业工人的高血压、心电图异常、B超异常、胸透异常的检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且检出率有随着接触工龄增高的趋势。结论襄阳铁路地区面临的职业健康问题不容乐观,应加强职业健康监护和做好职业病三级预防工作。Objective To study the health status of workers with occupational hazards exposure in Xiangyang railway area and provide medical basis for establishing health care supervision.Methods Analysis was made on the data of occupational health examination of the workers with occupational hazards exposure in Xiangyang railway area.Results Among the 3 797 examined workers,1 367 workers were found with abnormal examination index,the detection rate was 35.90 %.Significant difference was found between different exposure age groups in hypertension,abnormal cardiogram,abnormal b-ultrasonography,and abnormal chest X-ray（P0.01）,among which the detection rate of hypertension,abnormal cardiogram,abnormal b-ultrasonography,and abnormal chest X-ray increased with the exposure age.Conclusion The occupational health status in Xiangyang railway area in 2012 is poor,the occupational health surveillance should be strengthened,and we should arouse the awareness of the workers and enterprises on the high risk of occupational hazards and prevent occupational diseases.
