2012年许昌市医疗机构室内空气消毒效果分析

摘　　要：目的查找影响医疗机构室内空气消毒效果的因素。方法对2012年许昌市区医疗机构404份消毒后室内空气检测数据汇总统计分析。结果空气消毒质量监测404份,合格率为73.27%。市直医疗机构监测100份,合格率89.00%,市区个体诊所监测260份,合格率67.69%,市区民营机构44家。合格率70.45%。环境类别的分类,II环境监测41份,合格率为95.12%,III类环境监测59份,合格率为84.75%。结论市直医疗机构的室内空气质量明显高于市区民营医疗机构及个体诊所,II类环境空气质量明显高于III类环境空气质量。消毒灭菌知识的缺乏、室内空气消毒管理不严是医疗机构的室内空气质量下降的主要原因。Objective To find the factor that can affect the room air sterilization effect in the medical institution.Methods After aggregation of 404 aerial detection date of the room air in the medical institution in urban filed in 2012,analysis the result by statistical way.Results The qualified rate is 73.27 % in all 404 aerial detection date.It is 89.00 % in the 100 aerial detection date in the medical institution directly under the administrative department of the city.It is 67.69 %in 260 urban clinic.It is 70.45 % in 44 private medical institution in urban filed.According to the environmental categories,It is 95.12 % in 41 aerial detection date of environmental categories II,It is 84.75 % in 59 aerial detection date of environmental categories III.Conclusion The quality of the room air in the medical institution directly under the administrative department of the city is better than that in the urban clinic and the private medical institution.According to the environmental categories,the air quality in categories II is better than that in categories III.After investigation,the lack of sterilized knowledge and the relax of management are the main reasons for the decline of quality of room air in medical institution.
