2011-2012年漯河市AFP病例监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对漯河市2011、2012年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测数据进行比较,探索提高AFP监测质量的方法。方法将漯河市2011、2012年的AFP病例监测数据进行比较。结果 2012年AFP病例报告发病率和合格粪便标本采集率均明显高于2011年,而异地病例(外地报至本地)报告比例明显低于2011年。结论通过加强AFP监测技术培训、建立异地病例通报制度、不合格粪便标本病例临床资料收集责任制、加强督导等措施,漯河市医疗单位AFP病例诊断能力和报告意识得到提高,AFP病例监测系统敏感性进一步加强,AFP监测工作质量得到提升。Objective Compare the acute flaccid paralysis（AFP）cases surveillance data of luohe between 2011 and 2012,explore the methods of improving AFP surveillance quality.Methods Data of Luohe AFP case surveillance between 2011 and 2012 were compared.Results The reported incidengce of AFP cases and the collection rate of adequate stool specimen in 2012 Were significantly higher than that in 2011,the proportion of AFP cases reported by other places in 2012 was significantly lower than that in 2011.Conclusion By strengthening the training of the AFP surveillance,Seting up remote case reporting system,clinical data of cases with inadequate stool specimens were collected responsibly,strengthening supervision and other measures.To improve the AFP diagnosis of primary health care units and report awareness,keep the AFP case surveillance system sensitive,promote the improvement of the quality of AFP monitoring.AFP diagnostic ability and report consciousness of medical institution in Luohe improved,AFP case surveillance system sensitivity strengthened and the quality of AFP case surveillance system improved.
