摘　　要：回顾和总结我国建国以来卫生政策的发展历程,分析卫生政策对卫生体系的影响,提出了对新时期卫生发展战略的新思考。Review and summary the development process of health policy since the foundation of P.R.C,and analyze the health policy influence on health system.Then propose thinkings on health development strategy in the new era.
