摘　　要：本文运用模糊综合评价和方差分析方法,对2012年浦东新区社区卫生服务中心患者满意度问卷调查进行了分析,发现城区的患者满意度高于郊区和城郊结合部,且患者对就医花费的满意度最低,提示社区卫生服务中心要引进人才,提升医疗服务的安全性和有效性,减轻患者的经济负担。Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and variance analysis methods were used to analyze patients satisfaction questionnaires of Pudong community health service center in 2012.And found that patients satisfaction in urban area was higher than suburbs and suburban areas,and the lowest satisfaction was on the medical treatment spent.This suggestion that the community health center should attracting talent,improve safety and effectiveness of medical services,and reduce the financial burden of patients.
