摘  要:针对高氧化铝高炉渣的成分优化问题进行了理论计算和实验室研究。运用FactSage热力学软件绘制了氧化铝含量为20%的SiO2-CaO—MgO—Al2O3四元系相图,分析了炉渣熔点随二元碱度和氧化镁含量的变化规律。运用数学模型计算了四元渣系在14500C下的黏度值。根据通过理论计算所确定的成分范围,选取了黏度试验样品的化学成分。研究结果表明,对于(Al2O3)=20%的高炉渣,二元碱度宜控制在1.20~1.30范围,Mgo含量不宜超过12%。当今世界铁矿石市场上价格及性能波动频繁,本文采用的研究方法有助于根据市场情况的变化及时调整炉渣成分,保证高炉稳定顺行。Aiming at the issue of composition optimization of high alumina content blast furnace slag, theoretical com- putation and laboratory study were carried out. By making use of the FactSage thermodynamic software, the phase diagrams of the SiO2 - CaO - MgO - Al2O3 quaternary system with 20% alumina content were drawn and the pattern of slag melting point variation with binary basicity and magnesia content was analyzed. The viscosity at 1450 ℃ of this quaternary slag system was evaluated with the mathematical model. Based on the composition range determined by the theoretical calculations, the chemical composition of slag specimens for viscosity tests was selected. The research results demonstrated that for the blast furnace slag with 20% alumina content, binary basicity is to be controlled in the range of 1.20 to 1.30 and magnesia content should not exceed 12%. The price and quality fluctuate often in the present world iron ores market and the ap- proach used in this paper is helpful to regulate slag compositions in due course according to the change of market conditions, ensuring stable and smooth running of the blast furnace.
