摘 要:利用变形法测定了含Cr2O3转炉初期渣的熔化温度,研究了含Cr2O3转炉初期渣熔化温度的影响因素。结果表明,随着Cr2O3含量的增加,初期渣熔化温度也随之显著增加,为了保证转炉吹炼顺利进行应尽量将Cr2O3含量控制在5%以下;当转炉渣中Cr2O3含量高于5%时,为降低转炉渣熔化温度,渣中MnO含量应控制在6%~9%范围内,MgO含量控制在7%~9%,Al2O3含量控制在2%左右,FeO含量控制在20%~30%;当转炉渣Cr2O3含量较高时(5%≤ω(Cr2O3)≤9%),向渣中添加一定量的白云石和铁矾土能促进转炉渣中高熔点相向低熔点相转变,有效降低转炉初期渣的熔化温度并促进了石灰的熔解。Melting temperature of Cr2O3 - containingpfimary slagin converter was investigated by means of the method of deformation. The influence factors of melting temperature of Cr2O3 - containing converter slag were studied. The results show that the content of Cr2O3 can affect the melting temperature of primary slag significantly. When the content of Cr2O3 increases, the melting temperature of primary slag increases obviously, therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the converter blowing,the content of Cr2O3 should be controlled below 5%. When the content of Cr2O3 in converter slag is higher than 5%, the content of MnO should be controlled in the range of 6%-9% ,MgOshould be controlled in the range of 7% - 9% ,A1203should be controlled at about 2%, FeOshould be controlled at about 30%. When the content of Cr2O3 is higher(5% ≤ω (Cr2O3 ) ≤9% ), addition of a certain amount of dolomite and bauxite can effectively promote the mineralogical phases transformation form high melting temperature to low melting temperature, and reduce the melting temperature of primary slag and promote lime melting.
