摘 要:通过对物流管理系统在生产实践中的难点进行分析,日照钢铁炼钢厂采用了频数计算,增设数据采集点,弹窗设计和优化模糊搜索等途径,解决了天车质量、位置计量不准确,系统功能不完善和生产调度不及时等问题,实现了生产过程自动化,生产工艺监督化,各工序间成本可控化的管理目标。该系统稳定运行后,钢铁料消耗、转炉装准率、废次品等指标明显改善。Through analyzing the difficulties of logistics management system in the production practice, Rizhao Steel adopted several ways like : frequency calculation, additional data collection point, Pop - up design, optimization of fuzzy search etc. , and has solved many mismatch problems between logistics management system and field production, such as the inaccurate crane weight and po- sition measurement, the imperfect system function, the untimely production scheduling etc.. The improved system successfully accom- plished the production process automation, the production technology monitoring, and controllable cost in process. When this system is running stably, the indexes have significantly improved, such as iron and steel consumption, loading accuracy rate and defective prod- ucts.
