摘　　要：弹簧夹头是集定位和夹紧为一体的夹具,为了提高加工效率和精度,采用新结构固定无轴向运动的定位板,定位精度高,磨损后易更换、成本低;夹爪采用镶片式夹爪,也具有同样的优点。在一定的尺寸范围内,可扩大加工范围。拉杆与弹簧夹头采用浮动式联接,减少过定位造成轴向拉力对弹簧夹头精度的影响。Original collet chuck is used as positioning and clamping device.The positioning plate of the fixed axial movement is used in the new structure to raise the positioning accuracy, easyly replace wear and tearparts and reduce cost; The flexible grippers with the set-piece jaws have the same advantages, and are used to expand the range of processing in a certain size range. Rod and col- let chuck with floating connection is used to reduce the influence of the axial tension on the accuracy of the collet chuck, which is caused by over positioning.
