摘 要:以甘蓝纯合显性不育材料(DGMS)03-01Z608-1、04Z521-12、04Z-01Z126-1为试材,研究不同激素种类和浓度以及基因型对甘蓝纯合DGMS材料快速繁殖的影响。结果表明:04Z521-12、03Z-01Z608-1最适宜增殖的激素组成是:MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,而04Z-01Z126-1最适宜增殖的培养基组成是:MS+KT 1.0mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L;不同甘蓝DGMS材料在相同培养条件下,由于基因型的不同增殖系数有很大差别;圆球类型甘蓝DGMS材料04Z521-12增殖系数最高,尖球类型甘蓝DGMS材料03Z-01Z608-1增殖系数最低。In this paper, using the homozygous dominant genic male sterile (DGMS) cabbage 03-01Z608-1, 04Z521.12 and 04Z-O1Z126-1 as experimental materials, the effects of different hormone types and concentrations and genotypes on in vitro rapid propagation of homozygous DGMS cabbages were studied. The results as followed: the suitable hormone combinations for rapid propagation of 04Z521-12 and 03Z-01zr08-1 was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, and MS+KT1.0 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L for 04Z-O1Z126-1; in the same conditions, different DGMS cabbages had different propagation coefficient because of different genotypes; round-head type DGMS material 04Z521-12 had the highest propagation coefficient, while tip-head type DGMS material 03Z-01Z608-1 had the lowest propagation efficiency.
