摘　　要：罗勒是一种药食同源的植物,具有疏风解表、化湿和中、强心安神、行气活血、解毒消肿、散瘀止痛等功效。本文从罗勒的繁殖技术、化学成分、挥发油的生物积累和提取方法、现代药理药效及作用机制、临床应用、细胞毒性等方面对近年来的研究进行综述,以期为罗勒的进一步开发利用提供参考。Ocimum basilicum L. has the functions of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness for regulating stomach, strengthening heart and soothing the nerves, promoting spirit and bleeding, detoxifying and detumescence, relieving pain and blood-quickening Stasis-Dissipating, respectively. This comprehensive review was focused on the researches of reproducing technique, chemical constituents, extract and bio-accumulation of volatile oil, pharmacological action and mechanism, clinical application, cytotoxicity, so as to provide the reference basis for the further development and utilization of Ocimum basilicum L.
