摘　　要：运用设备故障规律与故障诊断技术和监测/诊断提供的信息,分析了炼铁设备后期运行状态,判断设备的劣化程度,掌握故障隐患,有计划地适当选择维修策略,提高设备维修效率和可靠性,推进挖潜降本,实现整体效益最佳。Using the information provided by equipment failure rule and fault diagnosis and monitoring /diagnostic information,we analysis the ironmaking equipment running status,judge the degradation degree of the equipment,grasp the problems,plan the appropriate choice of maintenance strategy,improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and reliability,to realize the best overall benefits.
