N、P、K肥对台农4号菠萝产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：通过N、P、K肥三因素五水平311A最优回归设计,研究N、P、K肥对菠萝产量以及品质的影响。结果表明:N、P、K肥分别施用72.06、24.00、90.00 g/m2时,产量达最大值3 766.11 g/m2;当单独不施氮、不施磷或不施钾时,菠萝的含糖量都较少,在N肥施用量为72.06 g/m2、P肥施用量为24.00 g/m2、K肥施用量为90.00 g/m2以下时,随着3种肥料的施用量增加,菠萝的含糖量不断增加但未达到最大值;氮、钾肥的施用上限分别为72.06、90.00 g/m2时,菠萝的维生素C含量可达到最大值;不同用量的N、P、K肥对菠萝总酸含量影响不明显。Through N,P,K fertilizer 311A three-factor five-level design of optimal regression,to study the N,P,K fertilizers on pineapple production and quality.The results showed that： in the experimental conditions,application of N,P,K fertilizer,respectively72.06、 24.00、 90.00 g/m2,The output of the maximum is 3 766.11 g/m2,in the experimental conditions,when a separate non-nitrogen,phosphorus or not potassium,the sugar content of pineapple are small,In N fertilizer application rate for 72.06 g/m2,P fertilizer application rate for 24.00 g/m2and K fertilizer application rate for below 90.00 g/m2,the use of three types of fertilizers increased the sugar content of pineapple growing but did not reach maximum.N and K,respectively,the upper limit for the application72.06、 90.00 g/m2Vitamin C content of pineapple can achieve maximum.different amount of N,P,K fertilizer on the total acid content of pineapple was not obvious.
