摘  要:研究了球墨铸铁的塑性成形工艺和金相组织。脆性材质的球墨铸铁经过一定的热处理以后,成为超塑材质,可以塑性成形,塑性成形以后的球墨铸铁力学性能明显提高,可根据制件的使用要求,改变热处理工艺和塑性变形程度,得到符合使用要求的综合性能,从而扩大球墨铸铁的应用范围,发挥它原有的减振、减摩、经济性好的优点。This study was about the plastic forming technology and the metallographical constituents of the spheroidal graphite cast iron.The spheroidal graphic cast iron,which is turned into super-ductility material from brittle material,can be plastically formed by heat treatment.After the plastic forming,its mechanical properties have increased evidently.According to components’specification,we can acquire the synthetic property in accord with the specification by changing the technology of the heat treatment and the extent of the plastic deformation.Thereby,its application is expanded and its characteristics of anti-chatter,anti-frication and economy are strengthened.
