摘　　要：提供一种新型自动泡沫比例配制方法和系统组成,系统主要由流量传感器、压力传感器、变频器、PLC控制系统、变频电机、泡沫液泵、泡沫比例混合器、泡沫液箱等组成。全自动泡沫混合装置是利用流量传感器来检测采样水和泡沫液的流量,通过PLC来控制变频器的输出频率,用变频泵来调整泡沫液的流量,从而使水和泡沫液的混合比例达到稳定。A new sort of self-motion bubble proportion confeet method and system was set forth. The system is mainly composed of a flow sensor, pressure sensor, PLC converter, control system, frequency conversion motor, foam liquid pump, toam proportioner, foam liquid box. The system detects the flow of sample water and foam liquid by the flow sensor, control the output frequency of the frequency converter by PLC, adjust the foam fluid flow by the variable frequency pump, so as to stabilize the mixing ratio of water and foam.
