摘　　要：介绍一种新的现代舰船计划修理技术管理方法,即总技术责任单位牵头的技术管理体制。在保障模式上,舰船研制的总体设计单位作为修理的总技术责任单位参与舰船计划修理;在技术管理方法上,总技术责任单位在分析进行修理设计、技术状态控制、修理效果验证必要性的基础上,提出进行预防性维修方案设计、故障修理方案设计、原则工艺设计、修理完工设计以及进行技术状态控制、追加和扩大工程控制、备件换新控制等,并编制修理试验大纲和试验册。A new method of scheduled maintenance management techniques for modern warship was proposed. In the aspect of support mode, the chief design institute joins the project as a unit that is responsible for chief technology of the warship. In the aspect of technology management method, on the basis of analyzing the necessary of maintenance-design, technical situation con- trol and validation of maintenance effect, a series of new management techniques, such as preventive maintenance design, correc- tive maintenance design, principle draft design, maintenance accepted documents design, technical situation control, supplemen- tal and extended items control, spare-part replacement control, maintenance trial compile and so on, were advanced and actual- ized.
