摘　　要：建设学习型政党就是在不断发展的时代条件下,用学习力来推动创新力,进一步增强党的内在活力,提高应对挑战和风险的能力,把中国特色社会主义道路更好地继续推向前进。十六大以来胡锦涛总书记发扬党重视学习、善于学习的优良传统,始终把学风建设作为党的建设中最突出的问题来抓,提出了一系列关于学习的新思想、新观点、新要求,为建设马克思主义学习型政党奠定了牢固的政治基础,提供了思想、方法和制度保证。Now that we are living in a fast-developing time, it is necessary to build up a study-oriented Party, in order to promote innovation, to increase the Party＇s vitality, to enhance her ability of coping with risks and challenges, and to carry forward the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the 16th National Congress of CPC, Hu Jintao takes construction of style of study, and puts forward a series ofnew thoughts, new viewpoints and new requirements about learning, whereby provides political, ideological, methodological and institutional guarantees for building up a Marxism＇s study-oriented Partv.
