摘　　要：随着信息技术的高速发展,网络的教育功能日益增强,为高校思想政治教育带来了新的机遇,但网络教育的双刃性也使其面临诸多挑战。如何有效利用网络加强和创新高校思想政治教育工作是摆在高校辅导员面前的重要课题。With the rapid development of information technology, the educational function of the intemet has been increasingly enhanced. This has brought new opportunities for the ideological and political education in post-secondary institutions. However, the double-edged nature of internet education has posed many challenges to the latter. It is thus important for college counselors to study effective ways of using internet to innovate and strengthen the ideological and political education in post-secondary institutions.
