肾衰康胶囊配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究肾衰康胶囊配合中药保留灌肠对慢性肾衰患者肾功能的影响。方法:将120例肾衰患者随机分为4组,每组30例:肾衰康胶囊治疗组(A组);中药保留灌肠治疗组(B组);肾衰康胶囊+中药保留灌肠治疗组(C组);爱西特片治疗组(D组)。各组疗程21 d。比较各组治疗的总有效率及治疗前后肾功能的变化情况。结果:(1)疗效分析:4组疗效分布不完全相同(P<0.05)。A组与B组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组均较D组总有效率高(P<0.05)。C组总有效率与A和B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且明显高于D组(P<0.01)。(2)肾功能相关指标结果比较:B、C两组各项指标在治疗后均有改善,其中以C组最为明显(P<0.01)。A组Scr、UA、BUN治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Ccr无明显改善(P>0.05)。C组治疗后各指标与B组治疗后相比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),与A组治疗后各指标相比,Scr、UA、BUN均有改善(P<0.05),C组能改善更为明显(P<0.01)。D组治疗前后各项指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾衰康胶囊合并中药保留灌肠能明显延缓慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者的肾功能损害,推迟进入终末期肾病(ESRD)的时间。Objective： To study the influence of Shenshuaikang Capsule and retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine on renal function in renal failure patients.Methods： 120 patients with renal failure were randomly divided into 4 groups,including Shenshuaikang Capsule treatment group（A group）,retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine group（B group）,Shenshuaikang Capsule plus retention enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine group（C group） and Ai Xite Tablet group（D group）,30 cases in each group.The treatment course was 21 days in the four groups.The total effective rate and change of renal function were observed.Results：（1）Analysis on the curative effect： the difference on clinical effect between group A and group B was without significance（P0.05）;the total effect rate in the group A and B were higher than that in the group D（P0.05）;The difference on total effective rate between group C and group A and B was significant（P0.05）;the total effect rate in the group C was higher than that in the group D（P0.01）;（2） Analysis on renal function index： the relative index relieved in group B and C,and the improvement in group C was better（P0.05）,expect Ccr（P0.05）.The difference on relative index after treatment between group C and B was significant（P0.05）;the index of Scr,UA and BUN after treatment in group C were better than that of the group A（P0.05）.The difference on relative index before and after treatment in group D was without significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： combination of Shenshuaikang Capsule and Retention Enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine can delay the dysfunction of renal in chronic renal failure and the end stage renal disease.
