摘　　要：阐述了天然药物化学实验前的准备工作及授课和指导工作,认为天然药物化学实验助教过程中需对课程内容二度消化,弥补授课经验,规范专业术语,追求时代感,才能更好的响应相关政策,在实践中探索问题,以学助教,以教促学。This article states the preparation and guide before the Natural pharmaceutical chemistry experiment.Natural pharmaceutical chemistry experimental teaching assistant need to understand the curriculum again,improve teaching experience,improve their language ability,follow the sense of contemparaneity,in order to response the relative policy advice,then grow in the teaching practice.
