摘 要:目的探讨意念-徒手训练法在护理学基础教学中的氧气吸入操作教学中应用效果。方法将92名护生按班级随机分为对照班(44人)和实验班(48人),分别采用传统教学法和意念-徒手训练法与传统教学法相结合的方法,对《护理学基础》中氧气吸入疗法章节进行教学,教学结束后对护生进行闭卷理论考核和技能考核并进行效果反馈。结果实验班理论考核、技能考核及对意念-徒手训练法的满意率显著高于对照班(均P<0.01)。结论将意念-徒手训练法应用于《护理学基础》中的氧气吸入疗法教学中,能明显调动护生学习积极性,提高护生的综合能力;应用过程中应针对存在的问题不断改进,使其在教学中发挥更大的作用。Objective To explore effects of meditation-barehanded training method applied to the fundamental nursing practice education.Method Ninety-two nursing students were randomly divided into a control class (n=44) and an experimental class (n=48).During teaching oxygen inhalation therapy,the control class were given traditional teaching methods,while the experimental class additionally received meditation-barehanded training method.Theoretical and practical examination,as well as questionnaire survey,were used to compare the effects after the teaching.Results The theoretical and practical examination scores,as well as students' satisfaction with meditation-barehanded training method in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class (P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Application of meditation-barehanded training method to the fundamental nursing practice education,can remarkably motivate students to learn,and improve their comprehensive ability.Continuous improvement should be stressed to make the teaching method play a greater role.
