摘　　要：保障设备安全可靠运行,实现可持续能源节省,通过优化设计,提高产品的综合性能,是开关制造行业永恒的主题。针对ZW32-12/630-20户外高压真空断路器,文章综合考虑用户运行、日常维护及检修的需要,从结构、功能和电气性能等方面上进行了不断创新与优化。通过改进后,该断路器得到了推广和应用,并取得了比较高的认可度。The ever-lasting theme of switch manufacturing industry is to ensure safe and reliability of the equipments, to save sustain- able energy, to improve the comprehensive performance of the product with optimization design.Considering the demand of running, routine maintenance and repairing, the ZW32-12/630-20, an outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, is continuously innovated and optimized within aspects of structure, function and electrical performance. The circuit breaker, improved performance, is spread and applied in the grid, and also achieves a high degree of recognition.
