马齿苋中总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化马齿苋中有效成分的提取工艺。方法:以槲皮素为对照品,采用紫外直接扫描法进行含量测定,分别考察超声提取法和回流提取法对马齿苋总黄酮提取率的影响,并优选提取工艺参数。结果:提取工艺以回流提取法最好,最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度95%,料液比1:40(g:mL),提取时间1h,提取次数1次,在该条件下得到总黄酮的提取率为0.76%。结论:该工艺合理可行,可用于马齿苋总黄酮的提取。Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L.Methods： Optimize the extraction technology on indexes of quercetin,study the influence of reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction on the extraction efficiency of flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L.Results： The best method is reflux extraction and the optimal condition was as follows：The concentration of ethanol was 95%,the feed-liquid rate was 1：40,the extraction time was 1h,extraction times was 1 time;in this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 0.76%.Conclusion： The method is feasible and can be used to extract the flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L.
