摘 要:运用标准化降水指数,对张掖地区19512010年的逐月旱涝等级进行了评价.在此基础上,重新分析了春小麦灌溉制度,并对年内农业和生态用水配置做了尝试性研究.结果显示:19512010年56年中,2,11月未发生过1次旱灾,其他月份发生非正常旱涝的情况也不多见;旱灾发生年份中,以5,6,7月最为严重.据此,并结合春小麦不同阶段生育期的耗水量,制定如下灌溉制度:灌溉分3次,每次灌溉定额约为1000 m3/hm2,且集中在5,6月进行.基于逐月标准化降水指数变化规律,认为11月是本地区生态用水的最佳配置时间.Using SP I, monthly drought-wet scales or 1951 to 2010 in Zhangye Area were estimated. Based on the calculated SP I, the monthly changes were also analyzed, the original irrigated system developed at Zhangye area irrigation experiment station re-analyzed and the water resource allocation between agriculture and ecology studied preliminarily. The main results showed that there were not any drought in February and November and non-normal drought and wetness seldom emerged in other times. May, June and July were the most serious months when droughts appeared. According to these results, an irrigated system for wheat is established as:irrigation should be divided into three times, 1 000 m3/hm2 for each time, and should be done in May and June. Based on the changing rules of SP I, it is suggested that the 11th month is the best time for applying water resources to ecological protection.
