温阳益肾法对慢性心衰患者细胞粘附因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温阳益肾方药对慢性心衰的治疗作用及对细胞粘附因子(ICAM-1)的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为两组,均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用温阳益肾中药;观察两组细胞粘附因子(ICAM-1)水平和左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果两组细胞粘附因子(ICAM-1)水平均显著下降,治疗组下降更为明显,两组LVEF均显著升高,而治疗组升高明显。结论加用温阳益肾中药可降低外周血细胞粘附因子(ICAM-1)水平,提高左室射血分数。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of warming kidney decoction on chronic heart failure and the factors on cell adhesion（ICAM-1）.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and were treated by routine western medicine.Treatment group was treated with Wenyang Yishen herbs.Cell adhesion molecules（ICAM-1） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of 2 groups were tested.Results The cell adhesion factor（ICAM-1） levels of 2 groups were significantly decreased,the treatment group decreased more significantly,2 groups of LVEF were significantly increased,while the treatment group increased obviously.Conclusion Methods of Wenyang Yishen could decrease peripheral blood cell adhesion factor（ICAM-1） level and improve left ventricular ejection fraction.
