苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能与促炎症细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能和血清促炎症细胞因子的影响。方法选择医院老年科门诊和住院的COPD稳定期患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组单用舒利迭(沙美特罗50μg/丙酸氟替卡松500μg)吸入治疗,观察组加用口服苏黄止咳胶囊3粒/次,每日3次,疗程为1个月,比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和血清促炎症细胞因子白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)的变化。结果治疗1个月后两组FEV1均较治疗前明显升高,观察组升高更明显(P<0.05);治疗1个月后两组血清IL-6,IL-8水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合舒利迭治疗,对于改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能和非特异性气道炎症具有协同作用。Objective To investigate the influence of Suhuang Zhike Capsule combined with Seretide on the pulmonary function and serum proinflammatory cytokines in the patients with the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD. Methods Eighty cases of stable stage of COPD in the geriatric clinic and the inpatient department were selected and randomly divided into the observa- tion group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given only Seretide inhalation（salmeterol 50 ~g/flutica- soMe propionate 500 ~g）,while based on the control group the observation group was added with Suhuang Zhike Capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times daily,with the treatment course of 1 month. The changes of lung function index of the forced expiratory volume at 1 s （FEV1） and the proinflammatory factor IL-6 and IL-8 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results FEV1 after 1-month treatment was significantly increased in the two groups,but the increase in the observation group was more signif- icant （P 〈 0. 05）;the serum IL-8 and IL-6 levels after treatment were significantly decreased（P 〈 0.05）,but the decrease in the observation group was more significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Suhuang Zhike Capsule combined with Seretide has the synergic effect on the improvement of the pulmonary function and non- specific airway inflammation in the patients with the stable stage of COPD.
