摘 要:目的建立草苁蓉的高效液相指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromail100-5C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长260nm。对13批次草苁蓉样品色谱图进行共有模式的建立。结果建立了草苁蓉高效液相指纹图谱共有模式,得到了28个共有峰,样品指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上。结论所建立的草苁蓉高效液相指纹图谱方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于草苁蓉药材真伪鉴别和质量评价。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Boschniakia rossica. Methods The HPLC was applied to establish the sam- ple chromatogram shared model in 13 batches of Boschniakia rossica. The chromatographic column was the Kromail 100-5 C,s(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 m), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ~C and the detective wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results The shared model of Boschniakia rossica fingerprint was established and 28 common peaks were obtained. The similarities of the sample fingerprint were calculated and all above 0. 9. Conclusion The method of the HPLC fingerprint of Boschniakia rossica is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the true and false identification of Boschniakia rossica and the quality evaluation.
