272例华蟾素注射液不良反应/事件分析

摘　　要：目的探讨华蟾素注射液不良反应发生的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对国家药品不良反应监测中心提供的272例华蟾素注射液不良反应/事件报告表进行统计和分析。结果华蟾素注射液引起的不良反应在各年龄段均有分布,主要为皮肤及其附件损害98例(27.76%),全身性损害76例(21.53%),心外血管损害63例(17.85%),不良反应主要表现为速发型。结论应加强对华蟾素注射液不良反应的监测,做到合理用药。注重对用药过程的观察,出现不良反应及时对症处理,确保患者用药安全。To analyze the general rule and characteristics of adverse reactions/events which induced by Cinobufagin Injec- tion, and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods By using retrospective study method, the report form of 272 cases of cinobufacini injection adverse reaction/incident provided by the National Drug Adverse Reaction Monitoring Center was per- formed the statistical analysis. Results The adverse reactions induced by Cinobufacini injection were distributed in various age groups. The adverse reactions mainly were the damage of the skin and accessories in 98 cases（27.76% ）,the systemic damage in 76 cases（21.53% ） and extracardiac vascular damage in 63 cases（17.85% ）. The main manifestation was the immediate type. Conclusion The monitoring of the adverse reactions induced by Cinobufacini injection should be strengthened to accomplish the rational use of drugs. The medication process should be observed,if the adverse reactions occur,the symptomatic treatment should be promptly adopted for ensuring the drug safety for patients.
