某三甲医院2010年至2012年中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院中药注射剂临床应用情况,促进合理用药。方法对2010年至2012年中药注射剂的销售金额和用量进行统计,采用用药频度(DDDs)分析方法和药物经济学方法进行分析。结果 3年中中药注射剂的品种数量较稳定,总销售金额逐年增加,其中活血扩管类的品种数及销量均排在第1位;销售金额及DDDs居优势地位的单品种是醒脑静注射液,而血必净注射液的日均费用最高。结论中药注射剂的应用基本合理,但医师在临床应用中应加强对中药注射剂安全性的认识,减少药物不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in a first- class hospital to pro- mote the rational drug use. Methods The sales amount and consumption of traditional Chinese medicine injections in this hospital be- tween 2010 and 2012 were analyzed statistically. The frequency of drug use （DDDs） analysis and pharmacoeconomics analysis method were adopted to calculate and analyze the sales amount, DDDs and average daily expenses. Results The varieties and quantity of tradi- tional Chinese medicine injections were stable in the 3 years. The total sales was increased year by year,in which,both the varieties and quantity of activating blood and dilating vascular were first; the single variety which occupyed the dominant position of sales amount and DDDs was xingnaojing injection, while xuebijing injection had the highest average daily expenses. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine injections was used in the hospital was basically rationally, but physicians should strengthen the security of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical application, reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
