摘　　要：目的探讨持续质量改进在胸外科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法分析胸外科存在的护理安全隐患,确定改进目标,从而制订相应的护理安全管理措施,执行有效的护理对策。结果实施持续质量改进后护理人员服务态度大有改观,护理质量较实施前提高(P<0.01)。结论遵循持续护理质量改进原则,有助于提高护理人员的安全意识,消除不安全隐患,减少护理差错事故的发生,有效地提高护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of the application of continuous quality improvement to the safety management of thoracic surgery. Methods To analyze the hidden dangers of clinical nursing existing in thoracic surgery, identify the goals of improvement in order to formulate appropriate measures of safe nursing management and implement effective nursing strategies. Results After the implementation of continuous quality improvement, the attitude of service improved significantly, and the quality of nursing enhanced more than before （P〈0.01, statistically significant difference）. Condusion Following the principle of continuous quality improvement in nursing can help nurses enhance their safety effectively. ,eliminate the unsafe hidden dangers,reduce the nursing accidents,and improve the nursing quality
