腹部推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察腹部推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性随机对照试验方法,将79例患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例,采用腹部推拿治疗;对照组42例,采用牵引配合口服止痛药治疗。[结果]观察组总有效率为70.27%,对照组总有效率为47.62%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]腹部推拿是治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的有效方法之一。[Objective] To observe the abdominal massage for treatment of the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] A prospective randomized controlled trials,79 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group 37 cases,the treatment of abdominal massage therapy;control group of 32 patients,the use of acupuncture combined with microwave treatment.[Results] The total effective rate was 70.27% of the observation group,and total effective rate was 47.62% of the control group,There had significant difference（P0.05） between two groups.[Conclusion] Abdominal massage is an effective method of treatment of lumbar disc herniation acute phase.
