摘　　要：目的探讨全程优化护理在颅脑损伤患者中的应用及效果。方法选择34例重症颅脑损伤患者,重点加强病情评估、机械通气护理、并发症的观察与预防等工作。结果经过全程优化护理34例重症颅脑损伤患者,治愈23例,中残5例,重残2例,死亡4例。结论对重症颅脑损伤患者实施全程优化护理,能显著提高抢救治疗效果,有效预防并发症,改善预后,促进康复。Objective To study the optimization of the whole process nursing applied in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 34 patients with severe craniocerebral injury patients,focus on strengthening the condition assessment,nursing care,observation and prevention of complications of mechanical ventilation.Results After optimization of the whole process nursing for 34 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients,24 cases were cured,disabled in 6 cases,severe disability in 2 cases,4 cases of death.Conclusion Nursing process optimization implementation based on patients with severe craniocerebral injury,not only can effectively improve the treatment effect,also can effectively prevent the complications,improve the prognosis,rehabilitation.
