摘　　要：膳食纤维被称为人类第七营养素,对维持人体健康具有很重要的作用,能有效防治高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤和心血管疾病。本文综述膳食纤维的临床应用进展。Dietary fiber is considered as the seventh nutriment in human, which plays an important role in maintaining human health. It can effectively control high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease as well. This review summarizes the advances on the clinical application of dietary fiber.
