摘 要:介绍一种研制适用于野外大棚内的全数字微机智能监控废气再循环式柴油热风炉中的在不稳定操作状态下等压脉动圆周径向恒流进废气与喉管式轴向新气均相耦合燃烧的方法。它涉及到热传导领域,用于EGR式柴油热风炉的热交换。从系统的原理、EGR热交换系统结构设计出发,借助计算机对不稳定操作状态下进行运算,对大量的数值计算问题和分析影响野外大棚内EGR热交换时的热效率因素进行正交试验得到了有效的解决。研制出结构优化的EGR热交换系统与柴油热风炉组成了EGR式柴油热风炉,能够使整个系统达到最佳工作状况。即当控制EGR率在50%~70%范围时,能提高热利用率17.6%,节约能源,并且还降低了NOx排放污染。The coupled homogeneous combustion of isobaric circumferential radial pulsation constant axial exhaust and air on astaticism manipulation states in an EGR Diesel-hot-air stove of auto-controlling unique Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) was introduced in the field of polyethylene film greenhouses. The system that came down to the heat exchange field was used in the EGR heat-exchange of an EGR model Diesel-hot-air stove. Based on the calculation of the data acquired in the condition of astaticism manipulation states by computers, it solved the problems both on the calculation of a large quantity of data and making an orthogonal test to analyze the affections of the thermal efficiency factors of the EGR heat exchange in the field of polyethylene film greenhouses, by using the principles of EGR model Diesel-hot-air stove system and the design of the structure of the EGR heat-exchange. From this, we could develop an optimal EGR heat-exchange heating system, which could easily go with the Diesel-hot- air stove system so that the range of the EGR rate would be controlled all the way from 50% to 70%, and the heat utilization efficiency of the EGR heat-exchange heating system would be enhanced by 17.6 %. It reduced both the use of the energy sources and the NOx emission pollution of the environments.
