摘 要:采用阳极电沉积法制备MnO2粉末,以此作为电极活性物质,同少量多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和乙炔黑组成的双组份导电剂混合,制备超级电容器用MnO2电极材料。通过SEM及循环伏安法、恒流充放电等电化学测试,研究了双组份导电剂对MnO2电极材料性能的影响。研究发现,双组份导电剂中乙炔黑的加入使导电剂整体分布更均匀,电极具有典型的电容特性,且可逆性良好;随着扫描速率的增大,双组份导电剂电极材料与单一导电剂电极材料相比,具有更高的容量保持率;双组份导电剂电极材料在10 000次充放电循环后,表现出良好的容量与内阻的稳定性,比容量保持率达到96%以上。The MnO2 powder was prepared by the method of anodic electrodeposition as an electrode active material, and mixed with two - component conductive agent which including a few Multi - walled carbon nanotubes and Acetylene black to fabricate the MnO2 e- lectrodes for supercapacitors. The effect of two - component conductive agent was investigated by Scanning Electron Microscope and cyclic voltammetry, constant current charging- discharging, electrochemical test and so on. The results show that Hs100 in two - component conductive agent making the conductive agent more uniform. Electrode has a typical property of capacitance, and also has a good reversible property. With increasing of scan rate, compared with single conductive agent electrode, the electrode with two - component conductive agent had a higher capacity retention rate. After 1000 recharge cycles, the electrode which contained two - com- ponent conductive agent had a good stability of capacity and resistance, and the retention rate could exceed 96%.
