金融国际化背景下高校金融人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：随着我国金融国际化水平的日益提升,我国金融业发展在建设繁荣的国际金融市场与提供便捷服务的同时,也面临改革金融规制、规划金融发展战略以及拓展金融业务技能等方面的严峻挑战。为了保证国家金融秩序的安全稳定和高效运行,培养高素质复合型国际金融人才就显得尤为迫切。面对国际化金融市场,高等金融教育必须转变教育理念、创新办学思路、优化课程体系、改进教学方法与手段、探索国际化金融人才的教育模式,为我国培养既懂得国际金融业务规范和管理法规,又熟悉中国金融业发展特点,并且能够从全球视角把握中国金融发展的高素质复合型金融人才。With the enhancement of China＇s financial internationalization level, China is faced with such tough challenges as the reform of the financial regulations, planning the financial development strategy and expanding the fi- nancial business skills while building the prosperous international financial market and convenient service in the de- velopment of China＇s financial industry. To ensure the safe stability and efficient operation of national finance order, it is very urgent to cultivate high-quality financial talents. In the face of international financial markets, higher financial education must change the educational concept, innovate the educational ideas, optimize the curriculum system, im- prove the teaching methods, explore the educational mode of internationalized financial talents so as to cultivate the high-quality all-round financial talents who know well not only the international financial business and management regulations, but also the characteristics of the development of China＇s financial industry, and can grasp China＇s finan- cial development from a global perspective.
