摘 要:某钢-木混合结构的老建筑1~2层为铸铁柱、钢梁结构,3~5层为木结构木格栅楼面,梁柱节点均为铰接设计。采用整浇刚性节点将1层4根铸铁柱拔除,并对施工进行全过程监控。结果表明新增托梁应变、挠度均较小,拔柱前后周边钢柱无新增倾斜及不均匀沉降,该设计方案及施工控制合理可行。An old building with cast iron column and steel beams in the first and second floor,timber structure and wooden grids from the third floor to fifth floor is designed by hinged joint details of beams and columns.The method of integral pouring rigid joint is adopted to remove four columns in the first floor with whole construction process monitoring,which shows that the strain and deflection of the new supporting beam is low and the inclination and uneven settlement of the steel columns remains almost no changes before and after the construction of supporting beam and removing column,and it is reasonable and feasible for the design and construction monitoring.
