摘 要:利用4个种源的麻栎种子进行不同播种密度的育苗试验,对其苗期生长性状、生物量进行测定分析.结果表明,至9月中旬,重庆巫山种源的最适播种密度为10cm×20cm,其幼苗平均苗高为45.51cm,地径为5.48mm,根长为38.73cm,根粗为10.35 mm;重庆武隆种源的最适播种密度为15cm×20cm,其幼苗平均苗高为56.60cm,地径为6.27mm,根长为45.47cm,根粗为11.63 mm;贵州丹寨种源的最适播种密度为15cm×20cm,其幼苗平均苗高为55.29cm,地径为5.86mm,根长为40.21cm,根粗为10.67mm;四川通江种源的最适播种密度为10cm×20cm,其幼苗平均苗高为60.30cm,地径为6.23 mm,根长为37.40cm,根粗为13.08mm.方差分析表明:4个播种密度下,重庆巫山种源幼苗地径、根长、叶鲜质量、叶干质量存在极显著差异;重庆武隆种源苗高表现出极显著差异;贵州丹寨种源幼苗苗高、茎鲜质量和茎干质量存在极显著差异.主成分分析表明:不同种源不同密度幼苗间生长特性的差异性主要由生物量和地径决定的.筛选出10cm×20cm和15cm×20cm两个播种密度为最佳育苗密度,四川通江种源为优良种源.Seeds of Quercus acutissima originating from 4 different provenances were sown at different densities,and their growth and biomass at the seedling stage were measured and analyzed.Determined in mid-September,the optimum planting density was 10 cm×20 cm for Q.acutissima of Chongqing Wushan provenance,its seedlings height,ground diameter,root length and root diameter averaging 45.51 cm,5.48 mm,38.73 cm and 10.35 mm,respectively;was 15 cm×20 cm for Q.acutissima of Chongqing Wulong provenance,its seedlings height,ground diameter,root length and root diameter averaging 56.60 cm,6.27 mm,45.47 cm and 11.63 mm respectively;was 15 cm×20 cm for Q.acutissima of Guizhou Danzhai provenance,its seedlings height,ground diameter,root length and root diameter averaging 55.29 cm,5.86 mm,40.21 cm and 10.67 mm,respectively;and was 10 cm×20 cm for Q.acutissima of Sichuan Tongjiang provenance,its seedlings height,ground diameter,root length and root diameter averaging 60.30 cm,6.23 mm 37.40 cm and 13.08 mm,respectively.Analysis of variance indicated that in the 4 different planting density treatments,the plants of Chongqing Wushan provenance showed highly significant differences in seedling ground diameter,root length,leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight,the plants of Chongqing Wulong provenance showed highly significant differences in seedling height,the plants of Guizhou Danzhai provenance showed highly significant differences in seedling height,stem fresh weight and stem dry weight.Principal component analysis showed that the differences between different provenances of Q.acutissima in their seedling growth characters under different planting densities were decided mainly by ground diameter and biomass of the plant.As a preliminary result,the optimum planting densities were 10 cm×20 cm and 15 cm×20 cm and the plants from Tongjiang of Sichuan Province were the best provenance of Q.acutissima.
