摘  要:为了探讨氟化物对家蚕代谢机制的影响,以家蚕耐氟品种T6和氟化物敏感品种734为研究材料,从5龄起蚕开始分别添食经200,400mg/kg NaF溶液浸泡后的新鲜桑叶,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,检测家蚕头、血液和中肠组织中酯酶同工酶的变化.结果表明,T6头部和中肠的酯酶同工酶活性大于734,而且酶带数多于734.NaF会扰乱734血液酯酶同工酶系统.推测血液可能是酯酶同工酶和NaF作用的主要组织,且酯酶同工酶与蚕体的耐氟性能有一定的相关性.In order to understand the effect of fluoride on the metabolic mechanism of silkworm(Bombyx mori),from the first day of the fifth instar the fluoride-resistant silkworm variety T6 and the fluoride-sensitive variety 734 were fed with mulberry leaves soaked in 200 and 400 mg/kg NaF solutions,respectively.Then changes in esterase isozymes in the tissues of head,hemolymph and midgut of the silkworm were examined with PAGE(polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis).The results showed that T6 had higher activity of esterase isozymes in its head and midgut and more enzymatic bands than 734.NaF disrupted the esterase isozyme system in hemolymph of 734.It is speculated that hemolymph may be the main tissue where NaF interacts with esterase isozymes and that fluoride-resistance in silkworm is associated with esterase isozymes.
